If you are  a Net-banking friendly person , you can use multiple bank services as the ease of your comfort . Like you can fill 15 G/H form online, Register for E-Mail statement , you can see your Statement Online,Fill Income tax returns online and there is no need to go to your branch and perform that paper formalities. These services are provided by most of the banks in these days to attract customers . It save your time also like mine.I have an account with HDFC Bank and i am frequently use these services when ever i need to submit form 15 G/H , See Statement ,Fill Income Tax Return as the ease of my comfort.    In HDFC banks net-banking you can find these services in request column .
